Wills, Estates, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills
We also prepare wills, living wills, health care proxies, durable powers of attorney, and trusts for your loved ones. We process name changes in Supreme Court, and also represent buyers and sellers in real estate matters.
General Litigation
We represent clients in civil matters, including divorce and custody matters, and criminal defense matters, in all courts of New York State. We pursue civil appeals, and provide a vigorous defense in criminal matters ranging from traffic infractions, Driving While Intoxicated offenses, to other misdemeanors and felonies.
Legal Costs and Fees
Legal fees vary with the type of services performed. Some matters, such as traffic infractions, document preparation such as wills, and real estate closings, are typically performed for a flat fee. Other matters, such as litigation, require a written retainer agreement, and a prepaid retainer. All fee arrangements are discussed in advance of the performance of legal services. Costs and court filing fees are payable by the client, in accordance with New York State law.
